Shipping policy

 

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed. Typically, the orders received after 11 AM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

We ship Untwist Tool both domestically and internationally.

Shipping time depends on your location.

We ship via USPS. It usually takes 3 - 8 business days for domestic shipping, while international shipping takes longer.

Domestic Shipping

We offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee for customers within the United States.

If a package can’t be delivered due to a shipping address error you provided, we are not responsible for any additional fees associated with rerouting or reshipping the package.

International Shipping

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. If these charges are applied, Untwist Tool is not responsible, and they are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine potential charges.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it comes back to us, we will refund you for the item minus original shipping charges.

How to check the status of your order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you haven’t received your order within eight days for domestic shipping and four weeks for international shipping from the day you received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at info@untwisttool.com.
